City Manager's Office

The City of Canyon Lake operates under a council-manager form of government, where an elected City Council serves as the legislative body and appoints a City Manager to oversee daily municipal operations.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the City, the City Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of all city departments and services. Reporting directly to the City Council, the City Manager serves as a key advisor on policy matters, implements Council directives, and oversees the City's budget and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the City Manager appoints and leads all City staff, with the exception of the City Attorney, who reports directly to the City Council.

Arron Brown currently serves as the City Manager, bringing leadership and expertise to the Canyon Lake community.
