The Finance Department oversees the systems and processes that ensure the City’s financial operations are efficient and well-managed. Responsibilities include financial reporting, assisting in the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget, internal auditing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, purchasing, and the administration of all City funds and accounts. Through careful oversight and strategic financial management, the department supports the City's fiscal health and operational effectiveness.
