City of Canyon Lake: Updated Draft Housing Element 6th Cycle Update, December 5, 2024

The Housing Element of the City’s General Plan identifies Canyon Lake’s housing needs and establishes goals, policies, and actions to further the City’s commitment to the production of affordable housing and sound community planning. The Housing Element is updated every eight years and is currently being updated to address the 2021 to 2029 planning period. This version notes the changes proposed through highlighting and underlining (additions) and strikethroughs (deletions).  The Housing Element will be available for public comment from December 9, 2024, through December 16, 2024.
