SELECTION PROCESS


The selection process begins with a review and evaluation of all submitted application materials to assess relevant education, experience, and training. Applicants who best meet the City’s needs will be invited to participate in the selection process, which may include a written examination, performance assessment, oral board interview, and/or other evaluation methods. Depending on the size and qualifications of the applicant pool, meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee advancement in the selection process.
