What is the minimum advertising term?
The minimum term is 30 consecutive calendar days. Requests for less than 30 days are charged the full monthly rate.
What is the maximum advertising term?
The maximum term under a single application is one fiscal year.
Are estimated plays guaranteed?
No. Estimated plays are not guaranteed and may vary due to maintenance, emergency messaging, City notices, or operational needs.
When will my ad be displayed?
After final approval and payment, the City may take up to 72 business hours to schedule and display the approved advertisement.
Will the City edit or redesign my ad?
No. Applicants are responsible for submitted content, including spelling, grammar, formatting, accuracy, and legality.
Can my ad be rejected or removed?
Yes. The City may reject, suspend, or remove advertisements that do not comply with City policy, eligibility requirements, payment requirements, or applicable laws.
