Key Functions

Financial Planning & Reporting

Develops and monitors the annual budget, prepares the ACFR, produces financial reports, and coordinates audits and grant compliance.

Transparency & Public Access

Provides access to financial data including budgets, audits, and Claims and Demands through public-facing platforms.

Accounts Receivable

Manages billing and collection of City revenues to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

Accounts Payable

Processes invoices, issues vendor payments, and maintains compliance with internal control.
